The cornerstone of this experience is the integration of the student in the workplace of their future profession, with a work plan that includes participation on daily tasks and the challenge of an autonomous project, carried out under the supervision of a mentor to guide the student and further its development.

Undergraduates have also supported training, an induction to Ternium, security training, guided tours to our industrial facilities, self-assessment & evaluation of their individual performance in which tutors share experiences from them, a report of overall achievement is then shared with the university.

The program provides for the allocation of scholarships and in some cases enables the accreditation requirements for curriculum or be valid as a final project or thesis for some Universities. Upon graduation each student can apply to the Young professionals programme. The company decides their enrollment based on their evaluation & existing vacancies.
